Program

Greener Method Cleaning & Restoration, operated by Greener Method Cleaning Services LLC (“Greener Method,” “we,” “us”), operates a text messaging program that sends customers booking confirmations, appointment reminders and confirmations, “technician on the way” notifications with an estimated arrival time, service follow-ups and requests to leave a review, and billing and payment reminders related to the services you have booked or received.

How to Opt In

There are three ways to join, and all of them require your active consent:

1. Text updates sign-up page. Enter your mobile number at https://app.greenermethod.com/text-updates and check the consent box, which is unchecked by default.
2. Booking or estimate request. When you book a service or request an estimate at book.greenermethod.com, you may check the optional text-message consent box shown beside the mobile number field. It is unchecked by default, and your booking goes through whether or not you check it.
3. By phone. When you schedule with our office, we ask whether you would like text updates and record your verbal consent with your appointment.

Consent is not a condition of any purchase. In every case, the disclosure you agree to names Greener Method, describes the messages, and states that message frequency varies, that message and data rates may apply, and that you can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on your activity with us — for example, when you have an appointment scheduled or an invoice due.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Greener Method does not charge for these messages, but your mobile carrier’s standard message and data rates may apply.

How to Opt Out

You can cancel the text messaging service at any time by texting STOP to the number you receive messages from. We will send a one-time confirmation, and you will receive no further messages from that program. To rejoin, sign up again or text START.

Delivery

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your carrier and device capabilities.

Privacy

Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy at https://greenermethod.com/privacy-policy/. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
